THE TRADITION OF HANHART TOOL WATCHES

CHRONOGRAPHS FOR MILITARY OPERATIONS

The origin of Hanhart chronographs has never been representing fashion accessories or luxury items but in serving as reliable tools for pilots and military officers. The first legendary Hanhart pilots watch entered production in 1938 called the “Calibre 40”, which already had to withstand extreme vibrations, enormous temperature changes and further tough conditions. It ensured a perfect readability, even in the dark. Since then Hanhart chronographs have been produced under the claims of maximum precision and reliability, extreme legibility, simple and secure operation, and the greatest possible robustness.

STOPWATCHES FOR SPORTS AND INDUSTRY

It was as early as 1924 that Hanhart launched the world’s first affordable stopwatch. The great success of this model laid the foundation for becoming the leading company in the stopwatch sector. In the 1960s every school and sports club in Germany used Hanhart stopwatches for timekeeping. There hasn’t been any international sports and motorsport competitions without a Hanhart stopwatch keeping the time. Nowadays, those tool watches are still requested for school and sports equipment as well as particularly in industrial and laboratory areas, where the proven quality and precision of Hanhart stopwatches are much appreciated. That’s why Hanhart is still the European leading manufactory for mechanical stopwatches.

SUCCESSOR OF THE PRIMUS SURVIVOR PILOT (2015)

In 2015, Hanhart designed one of the bests-selling watches in its history – the PRIMUS Survivor Pilot. This watch was strictly limited to just 50 pieces and it was immediately sold out, even before entering production!

The new Hanhart PRIMUS Black Ops Pilot takes all the benefits of its predecessor model and develops itself to an ultimate toolwatch for outdoor operations. The black DLC-coated case features a higher scratch resistance and robustness compared to stainless steel, which is perfect for any outdoor activitites. Additionally, it gives the watch a more uncompromising look. The black case design and the bronze green dial complement one another to create a striking appearance with the highest functionality and legibility.
