DEVELOPED FOR EXTREME
HANHART AND AVIATION
The important connection between Hanhart and aviation goes back a long way in history. Over 60 years ago, the manufacturer from the Black Forest produced the first pilot's chronograph for the German armed forces. In aviation, pilot's watches had to withstand extreme vibrations, enormous temperature fluctuations, large differences in altitude and fluctuating weather conditions - challenges with which the air forces are still familiar today.

THE LEONARDO SCREW AND THE AW169M
With its fine details, the dark green dial with the historic Hanhart logo combines the fascinating history of aviation with its modern evolution. One eye-catching feature is the propeller depicted, which Leonardo da Vinci once sketched in his manuscripts as the ``Helix Pteron``. We immortalize this symbol of aviation on the lower part of the dial as a sign of progress and innovation. The name ``Leonardo`` also has a connection to a leading Italian manufacturer of military helicopters, the AW169M, which today serve in the Austrian Armed Forces. The AW169M is characterized by its performance and versatility, making it an indispensable tool for day and night operations.
SPECIAL FUNCTION
SINGLE-BUTTON CHRONOGRAPH
The limited special edition is produced as a single-pusher chronograph, also known as a monopusher chronograph. This special design makes it possible to control all chronograph functions - start, stop and zero setting - with just a single push-button, and in direct succession. Unlike its counterpart with two pushers, there is no option to keep the chronograph hands moving after stopping. When the pusher is pressed, the hands immediately return to their starting position. Hanhart has redesigned the automatic caliber in its own workshops and coated it with Super-LumiNova C3.
