THE HANHART GUARANTEE

Your Hanhart was crafted by hand in the finest watchmaking tradition. It has been subjected to the strictest controls and individually tested for quality standards. In addition, a limited international warranty protects your watch against manufacturing defects. This guarantee is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

 

What does the warranty cover?

The guarantee includes the free repair by Hanhart 1882 GmbH of all functional defects in your Hanhart watch caused by manufacturing faults.

What is excluded from the warranty?

Excluded from the guarantee are bracelets, glasses, batteries and damage to the case or movement as a result of neglecting the recommended watch care.

Damage caused by repairs carried out by dealers, customer service centers or watchmakers not certified by Hanhart will invalidate the warranty.
