Guarantee cases, repair and service
To ensure that you have lasting enjoyment from your chronograph, we recommend that every five years you take your watch to a Hanhart retailer who can send it to our Hanhart customer servive centre or in agreement with one of our watchmakers take over the necessary service works.

Should you own an Hanhart watch of the Original-, Replic- or Vintage Collections, would you please take contact with the Hanhart Costumer Care Centre at Gutenbach. In case of Guarantee cases, repairs, service and spare parts you'll find consultance. In agreement with our watchmakers a cost estimate will be submited to you. Should you kept the guarantee card please enclose it to the packet. If it is possible please send your watch with the orignial packaging.
Spare parts and straps are available for all models.
